Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy describes how refunds and cancellations work for paid subscriptions to PostWire, operated by Cortexlumora Private Limited (CIN: U62013KA2025PTC205335, GSTIN: 29AAMCC9030B1ZQ).
1. Free Trial
New users may be offered a free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends from your account settings to avoid being billed. If you don't cancel, your subscription starts at the advertised rate when the trial ends.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@postwire.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.
Once you cancel, no further charges will be made. You will not receive a partial refund for the current billing period (unless otherwise stated below for annual plans).
3. Refunds — Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel future renewals at any time, and no further charges will be made.
4. Refunds — Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rata refund if you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date. The refund amount equals the unused portion of the billing period, less any payment-processing fees.
After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the current term, but you can cancel to stop future auto-renewals.
5. Exceptions
We may issue refunds outside the policy above in these cases:
- Duplicate charges caused by a billing error.
- Service outages that materially prevented you from using the Service for an extended period.
- Where required by applicable consumer-protection law.
6. How to request a refund
Email us at support@postwire.co with:
- The email address on your PostWire account
- The charge date and amount
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us at support@postwire.co before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved faster by email. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
