1. Operator & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PostWire ("the Service"), a software-as-a-service product operated by Cortexlumora Private Limited, an Indian private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 on 16 July 2025 (CIN: U62013KA2025PTC205335, PAN: AAMCC9030B, GSTIN: 29AAMCC9030B1ZQ), with its registered office at 759/Sree Gururaya Mansion, 3rd Floor, 8th Main Road, J P Nagar, Bangalore South, Bangalore — 560078, Karnataka, India ("Cortexlumora", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PostWire is a social media management platform that allows you to connect multiple social media accounts, create content, and schedule or publish posts across supported platforms including (but not limited to) Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, and Bluesky.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Connected Accounts

When you connect a third-party social media account to PostWire, you authorize us to access and interact with that account on your behalf, including publishing posts, reading profile information, and managing content. You may disconnect any account at any time.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you publish through PostWire complies with the terms and policies of each connected platform.

5. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing

PostWire offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Fees are charged by Cortexlumora Private Limited via our authorised payment processor. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all fees incurred.

6. Refunds & Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.

• Monthly plans: non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel future renewals at any time.
• Annual plans: eligible for a pro-rata refund if you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal. After 14 days, annual plans become non-refundable for the current term.
• Free trials: no charges apply during the trial. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PostWire to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Spam, harass, or send unsolicited content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

8. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through PostWire. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep PostWire available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any failure or delay in publishing scheduled posts.

10. Limitation of Liability

PostWire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cortexlumora Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that is harmful to the Service or other users. You may also delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all your data.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
